What began as three companies is now one shared mission: uniting marketers and creators to grow together.

  • 2014

    Splashscore is founded to reward everyday social media users for engaging on Facebook, laying the foundation for people-powered marketing.

  • 2015

    Splashscore rebrands as Mavrck, shifting focus to helping brands find and work with creators at scale using data.

  • 2022

    Mavrck acquires Later, adding best-in-class social media management tools, a creator marketplace, and Link in Bio, enabling brands to drive more traffic and sales from their social content.

  • 2024

    Mavrck and Later officially unite under the Later brand—offering a solution for running campaigns, planning content, and tracking performance.

  • 2025

    Later acquired Mavely, adding affiliate marketing to help brands grow and track influencer-driven sales.
